One-Leg Front Jump
Stand straight with feet hip width apart. Slightly lift your left leg off the ground.
Utilizing a big arm swing and using your leg strength, jump forward as far as you can.
Attempt to land with your right foot out in front of you, reaching as far as possible with your leg. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan then switch legs.
