Alternating Parasols Bar Torso Rotation

Place the parasols bar on the back of your shoulders (slightly below the neck) across it. Hold on to the bar using both arms at each side. Stand with your feet hip width apart.

Rotate your torso to the right side. While you rotating your torso lift your right knee to your chest as high as possible. Keep the balance on your left foot.

Go back to the starting position and repeat the exercise to the opposite side. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan alternating legs.
