Parasols Bar Alternating Sides
Place the parasols bar on the back of your shoulders (slightly below the neck) across it. Hold on to the bar using both arms at each side. Stand with your feet hip width apart.
Step into the right side. Bend your knee. Shift your body weight onto your right foot. Hold for a second.
Go back to the starting position.
Step into the left side. Shift your bodyweight onto your left foot. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan alternating sides.
