Medicine Ball Russian Twist
Grab a medicine ball and sit on the ground with your hips and knees bent at 90 degrees. Hold the ball straight out in front of you and move your upper body back slightly to help keep you balanced turning this exercise (your torso should be at about 45 degrees to the ground).
Move your arms to the right side and almost touch the ground with the medicine ball.
Come back to the starting position and immediately repeat the movement but this time to the left side of the body. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan alternating sides.
