Lie down on the floor placing your feet shoulder width apart. Your legs should be bent at the knees. Place your hands behind your head and lock them together by clasping your fingers.

Lift your upper body so that it creates an imaginary V-shape with your thighs. With your left elbow touch the right knee.

Once you feel the contraction for a second, lower your upper body back down to the starting position.

Lift your upper body again, but this time touch your left knee with your right elbow.

Lower your upper body back down to the starting position and repeat the exercise according to the training plan alternating sides.
