Watermelon Pull Through

Lie down on the ground holding a watermelon with both hands. Extend arms over your head and lift them a few inches of the ground. Extend your legs and lift them of the ground so that your legs and ground form a 90 degree angle.

Spread your legs and while you lifting your torso up pull through your hands with watermelon between your legs.

Lower your torso back down to the starting position and repeat the exercise according to the training plan.
