Kettlebell Russian Twist
Sit down on the floor with your legs fully extended and your upper body upright. Grab the kettlebell by the horns with both hands in front of your abdominals with your arms slightly bent. Slowly lift your legs up off the floor. Your knees should also be bent slightly. Slightly move your upper body back to help keep you balanced during this exercise.
Move the kettlebell to the right side and touch the floor with it.
Come back to the starting position and then repeat the movement but this time to the left side of the body. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan alternating sides.
