Step Up

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Put your hands on your waist.

Step up onto the step (step up box) with the right leg to form a 90 degree angle, while the left leg is slightly bent at the knee.

Pull your right leg back to the starting position. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan then switch legs.
