Leg Raises

Start on your back with your arms by the sides and your palms down. Lift your legs a few inches off the floor.

Lift your legs vertically, until your legs form 90 degree angle with the floor.

Slowly draw your legs down to the starting position. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan.
