Knees to Chest

Sit down on the ground and lean back your torso, supporting by your hands on the ground next to you. Lift your extended legs a few inches of the ground.

Raise your legs, bend them at the knees and bring your knees to your chest as close as you can.

Slowly return your legs to the starting position and repeat the exercise according to the training plan.
