Dumbbell Push Up Renegade Row
Grasp two dumbbells and assume push up position. Extend body, place dumbbells below chest and position feet more than shoulder width apart.
Lower your body to the floor and then push yourself back up.
Once you are back in the starting position, row the dumbbell in your right hand to the side of your chest, keeping your elbow close to your ribs. Lower the dumbbell back down and repeat with your left arm.
Lower the dumbbell to the starting position and repeat the exercise according to the training plan.
