Alternating Leg Box Lunge

Assume a comfortable standing position, with a step up box positioned in front of you. Put one leg on the box. Bend your knee.

Quickly dip lowering your hips, to initiate the stretch reflex.

Jump and switch legs. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan alternating legs.
