Swiss Ball Crunch

Lie on the floor with your knees bent. Hold the Swiss ball with your extended arms over your head.

Crunch your body up and bring the ball between your knees.

Go back down to the starting position, releasing through the core, slowly bringing Swiss ball back to floor and returning back flat against the floor. Repeat the exercise according to the training plan.
